Service Description

As part of your membership, you can now consult with a member of the LSF team to find out more about your health, training needs and diet. Not sure how much to eat? Not sure how to train to meet your goals? Not sure where you might be going wrong? Let's work on it together over the course of three sessions, all included within your membership.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made up to 18hrs in advance of booking. Cancellations made within appropriate window will be refunded, but cancellations made after the 18hr limit will not be refunded. Cancellation refunds will be allowed in the following cases: -Incapacitating or limiting illness -Emergency situation -Uncontrollable occurrence Reschedules can be made at any time. Sessions not used in a given week can be batched together or saved for use at a later time. I reserve the right to refuse service on any grounds. Sessions cancelled by myself will not be refunded or allowed to be rescheduled. For pricing plan policy, please see footnotes of any plan in the booking section.
