January is the best month for getting started in the gym. Everyone knows this. What people don't know, though, is that January is also the worst month for drop-outs as well.
Every year, people appear in the gym with the best intentions of getting in shape and making big changes in their lives, but after a few weeks the motivation is usually lost, and people quickly find themselves back on the sofa having made no progress at all.
These new locked-in plans help you make a true commitment to your training by offering a discount, but also by locking you into a minimum commitment of 3 months. Without the ability to call it quits, there's only one choice: progress.
